Is soft-wash really safe for shingles?

Yes — it's the method recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association (ARMA). Pressure washing voids most shingle warranties; soft-wash does not.

How long until streaks are gone?

Algae dies on contact, but visible cleanup happens over 1–2 weeks of normal rain. Heavy lichen may need a follow-up touch-up.

Do you do tile roofs?

Yes — barrel and flat tile both. We use walking pads and step only on the lower third of each tile to prevent cracks.
